先保护现有资料
保存失败时先保留编辑页面和现有文字，记录错误提示。不要立即卸载 App、删除资料库或覆盖原备份。需要退出前，尽可能另存当前文字；不要把未保存内容视为已保存。
保存失败与空间不足
检查可用存储空间；在 App 之外清理确认可删除的文件后，回到原页面重试。等待“已保存”状态，重新预览确认。仍失败时保留原资料并联系支持。
备份与恢复
从“备份与恢复”生成完整 ZIP，并另存一份。恢复前阅读确认页和影响说明，先备份当前资料；只使用可信来源、兼容版本的文件。恢复失败时保留原文件和当前库，记录错误，再按提示重试。不要用阅读成品进行恢复。
导出失败或排版异常
先确认记录已保存，再检查存储空间；可减少本次内容或图片数量后重试。导出期间避免修改资料，看到资料变化提示后重新生成。Word、PDF 与长图需在实际阅读器中检查分页、文字与图片。
取消与后台操作
较大资料库可能需要更久。按页面状态操作，取消后等待任务结束再重试。系统可能暂停后台工作；回到 App 检查结果，不要仅凭离开页面认定操作完成。
权限与离线使用
相机、定位以及另存到系统照片均按需使用。拒绝权限后仍可手动输入地点与文字，或选择已有照片。记录与编辑可离线进行；在线帮助、系统云端照片和文件提供方可能需要网络。
反馈时提供什么
请提供设备型号、iOS 版本、App 版本与构建号、操作步骤及错误原文。截图请遮去私人信息。不要发送密码、验证码、完整私人备份或原始照片。支持不提供服务器端资料找回。

Preserve your current work first
If saving fails, keep the editor and your text open and note the error. Do not immediately uninstall the app, delete its library or overwrite an original backup. Copy unsaved text somewhere safe if possible before leaving. Unsaved work is not a confirmed save.
Saving failures and low storage
Check available device storage. Remove only files you know you can discard outside the app, then return and retry. Wait for the saved status and reopen the preview to confirm. If it still fails, retain the original data and contact support.
Back up and restore
Create a full ZIP in Backup & Restore and keep a separate copy. Read the restore confirmation and its effects, and back up the current library first. Use trusted files from compatible versions. On failure, keep both the source file and current library, note the error, and follow the guidance before retrying. Reading exports cannot restore a library.
Export failures or layout differences
Confirm the record is saved and check free space. Try fewer records or images if needed. Avoid editing during export; regenerate if the app reports changed content. Check PDF, Word and long-image results in the reader you will use, including pages, text and images.
Cancellation and background work
Large libraries can take longer. Follow the displayed status and wait for cancellation to finish before retrying. The system may suspend background work. Return to the app to check the result; leaving a page does not confirm completion.
Permissions and offline use
Camera, location and saving copies to Photos are optional and used as needed. You can enter text and places manually or select existing photos after declining optional access. Recording and editing work offline. Online help, cloud photos and file providers may need a connection.
What to include in a report
Include the device model, iOS version, app version and build, steps and exact error text. Redact screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, complete private backups or original photos. Support cannot recover a library from a developer server.
